Absolutely one of the best storage experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the space smelled clean and fresh, which instantly gave me peace of mind. The entire facility is spotless and clearly well taken care of. The customer service was top tier. Both managers were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They walked me through everything with patience and clarity. You can tell they take pride in this place. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, secure, and well-run storage facility.

Thanks for your help today. Came in today. Dealt with Jose , and the African American heavy set lady. Previously gave this place a 5 star. Today I witnessed how they both called a customer and juggle the phone trying to collect a payment. They were both laughing at the customers situation before and after the call. Bring back the old employees 😂. Not very professional.

North park U-Stor-It is an absolutely amazing storage facility. Ive been here for couple for 3-4yrs and its Always clean. It's convenient right off the freeway and easy to find. I highly recommend seeing Shawn for all your storage needs. He's very professional, friendly, down to earth and amazing. Thank you Shawn for all that you do here. You most definitely deserve a raise.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Shaun! He was SO so so helpful. I was in the process of a cross country move and I needed special accommodations to be able to receive my items and Shaun went above and beyond to assist me. He was not only helpful but also very kind. The facility itself is extremely well kept. Clean, very well lit, and easy to navigate. I will always recommend this company mainly because of Shaun but also because the facility itself is really nice. I feel safe when I am there and safe keeping my belongings there as well. Really accommodating staff. Very thorough with the walk through and answering questions. The facility is very neat and convenient. I like being able to park inside for unloading.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and getting a new unit the two times I have done it has been a breeze. Autopsy gets you extended hours, and I love that feature!
