I don’t even know where to start with how amazing this store and its staff are. I was having troubles with my truck after coming down for a camping trip and made many calls and trips to the counter for various items. The staff always treated me kindly with great patience and even made phone calls to their friends to help me out. I had brought down a pumpkin from my farm on my trip and gave it to the owner as a thank you to the team. Happy Halloween and I will stop by next time I’m in town just to say hi! 🎃

Buy your snow chains here! They are so kind and helpful!! Joe showed me all my chains options and gave me a detailed demonstration of how to put them on. He was patient with me and super friendly. Thanks to Joe, my first time putting on chains was easy peasy and I was confident driving in heavy snow since he told me everything I needed to know. The chains are top notch, too. Ty!!

Such great people at this Napa store! They really went way above and beyond when our trailer broke down and they helped us on our way. If you find yourself in Bishop don't bother with any other parts store in town. The people and service here are world class.

I bought an old truck in Reno, that hadn't run in a while, with the grand idea to drive it right back to Los Angeles. After spending a night about halfway, due to bad batteries and alternator, I found myself in Bishop looking for parts and a place to work on it. Tried the other parts stores with no success until I reached Steve's auto. After a friendly visit, an hour later I was on the road and an hour after that, I was on the side of it again. With a broken belt and 10 minutes until they closed, I gave them a call and we talked it through. The pulley didn't seem right on the new alternator, in my hast to get home I didn't ask.

With another night in the single cab looming over my head until they reopened. Robert said he would finishing closing up and be right out. He took the time to come out change the pulley and help me put a new belt on. It was unbelievable. I was home later that night. I will forever be appreciative. You won't get help like that at a regular parts store. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town and hopefully it's just for a Steve's Auto and Truck Parts hat next time. Thank you guys again

Old-fashioned parts store, powered by Napa, but at one time, by Steve himself. I have been buying my assorted small parts here for over a quarter century and for that long, they have been kind enough to change out my wipers for me when I buy new ones.

I purchased windshield wipers at another store and installed the driver side myself but could not figure out how to install the passenger side. I called Napa and spoke with Frank, told him I'd buy another windshield wiper if someone could put it on for me. Frank searched for the appropriate wiper, and then discovered it didn't fit on my vehicle. He ended up installing the one I had previously purchased. So kind! Thank you Frank! I hope everyone supports this NAPA Auto parts store.

After a mechanic forgot to order a key part for my car & said he wouldn’t be able to get it till Friday, I called Steve’s and they really came through. Ordered at 3:30pm on Wednesday and had a strut sent over from Sacramento before 7:30am on Thursday allowing me to get back on the road a full day earlier. Everyone here was friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They’ve even got free coffee going in the morning. 5 stars all around.
