Poor workmanship and follow through.
Workers left a mess inside, which was supposed to be cleaned at the end of their work. Workers also did some damage in my home, and the owner wasn’t going to make the repairs…. He finally agreed to make the needed repairs, but he was really nasty about it. His work was not so good either.
Also, the person on the phone said she could get the flooring I had selected, then weeks later she said they couldn’t at the last minute. My moving truck was arriving, and she knew the timing, so I had to settle for something different. $9k.
Never again, and I wouldn’t recommend. Get flooring installed from Home Depot.
