Gave a receipt for $106 dollars but charged onto the card $160. When called to ask for them to correct it they refused. Would not recommend AML unless you enjoy inaccurate charges.

Great place to ship stuff to and from. This are a bit pricey but that just the price to pay when you live in Juneau. The lady that help me ship stuff to Anchorage was a great help.

At various different times I've shipped cars, and an elliptical, from Seattle to Juneau with AML and I've always had a positive experience -- they make the process easy. Also, I appreciate the option of delivery to the door of my house.

I ordered a new mattress from Macy's in Seattle and had AML ship it to Juneau. They shredded the mattress and the box springs, it was torn and covered in dirt. I refused shipment and never took possession of the mattress. It's been a week and the "customer service agent" has yet to provide me with a solution other than filing a claim and waiting for 30 days to receive a refund. Today I went to their office in person because my calls weren't being returned. They shrugged and gave me the name and number of their claims manager in Seattle. He isn't answering the phone, nor has he returned my calls. I purchased the mattress during a half off sale. Thanks AML, you have totally SCREWED me!

Whatever AML truck driver that was heading to town at 330pm going through the intersection of Egan and Channel Drive COMPLETELY RAN A READ LIGHT. The front of their big rig just BEGAN to go through the intersection and the opposite light was green, to cross Egan. School your drivers please!
