Be very careful. **Amazon return items are being stolen here when they are brought in for return.** Our item ($286.64) was scanned in by a human man (not a Dropbox/locker), we received a confirmation email verifying that it was scanned in on 11 Nov 2023 at 12:01pm with Tracking ID DhKbGgdQRRMA. This Amazon hub never processed the return , and Amazon refuses to credit the almost $300 item even though it was scanned in.
Again - we are requesting an investigation of this matter. All date, time, tracking ID info is above. Please reach out as soon as possible. Thank you.

Rude elderly, dark-skinned woman who was working tonight laughed at me when I tried to return something later than I should have, and explained the return policy to me in a very condescending and patronizing manner after I simply asked, "Is this eligible for me to return?" I feel sorry for her work misery behind the counter. It takes a lot less effort to deliver information in a more neutral tone.
