I LOVE THIS BOWLING ALLEY !! I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I love the staff ( special mentions to Marissa, Terrell, Kat, Sam, and Chaura!!) they are always kind and helpful. They always have a great energy that keeps me coming back and having a great time.

Most of the time if anyone has a hard time here, especially with those staff members, it’s because they didn’t get their way or couldn’t break the rules (I see it happen all the time and customers can get quite rude and entitled) and that’s not the staff’s fault.

Highly recommend calling to see if the lanes are busy before showing up, they answer their phones and will gladly let you know. 10/10 highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

During the weekdays, I primarily frequent the establishment on Mondays, as there are barely any leagues scheduled. I arrived around 9:00 PM and was able to secure a lane promptly. The customer service was exceptional. The individual at the front desk, who wore glasses, demonstrated great politeness and patience

Fabulous place to have a party. Our dozen, 13 and 14-year olds had a great time. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had enough food and drinks and the decorations were a great touch.

Went there last night after a long while for a friend's birthday, the bar lady last night was very very rude, I don't know what is wrong with her, she need some customer service training. I asked her what's a good mixed drink with taquila and she says what do you want there's a lot, if I knew what I wanted I would've told her. She then throws me the menu. She was rude to both my friends as well, during different timing. Will not recommend getting drinks at the bar while she is working. I think her name. Was Kristen or something. She's a heavy built Caucasian female.

This place is pretty cool. The burger was way better than I expected and the cookies were bomb. Good music and lighting. Cool vibe.

Outside dated, inside updated and a pleasant surprise. Great place for a family hangout, clean and affordable. We will definitely be coming back.

We waited for the bowling lane over 30mins, but didn’t even get any lane so we decided to cancel our food orders since there was no point of eating there and waiting for the line where there were no answer what time or when we will receive for the text. When we went to food section and wanted to cancel our order gave us hard time as well when my friend went to front to ask about another game the girl in the customer service asked us with attitude which one do you guys want where she knew we have been waiting there for lane to do bowling, so in summary customer service sucks in food section as well in the bowling ticketing sections. Please teach them how to communicate with customer and be specific about the timing too.
