Came to pick up students for our summer camps and didn’t do anything to engage in any disrespectful manner. Came to ask when the flight would land and both ladies side eyed me
and kept continuing their conversation giving me the cold shoulder as if I was not standing there patiently waiting. Very poor customer service.

Air service for multiple locations throughout Alaska. We took the plane to and from Bettles Alaska. Service was efficient, on time and everything advertised. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Easy check in experience. Looked like we could’ve parked our car at the lot by the office to save money on cabbing it. Great customer service from reservations to checking in! Flights can get delayed due to weather and scheduling. If I had known I would’ve booked the early flight. Our flight back to Fairbanks from Bettles ended up getting delayed for 3.5 hours which they said was unusual.

Have had pretty good experiences over all. Currently living in Bettles (Summer 2024) and can still recieve packages. Though when the hunting season starts and trips to Brooks Range Aviation becomes busy, the mail gets left behind....a LOT. I understand why, with weight being very particular for flying. But when there is almost 400 pounds of mail waiting, get one of the pilots to do a mail run. Some of the mail people wait on is important for the jobs they are trying to perform and keep needing to be put off until.... who knows when.

Wrights is a great family company, the owners do their best to provide the best. Even though the competitors charge about 25% more in freight Wrights knows how expensive it is so they are not like other outfits.

Their rural agents are great too. As for Galena, their customer service is awesome. They treat you with 100% respect the way it should be. They have great management and a great setup
