I did not choose to ship with this company that was my suppliers desicion. Like other reviews have said, they dont even deserve 1 star. Don't ship with this company. Going on two weeks with no delivery, a shipment that regularly is made in 3 to 4 days by Dayton freight. Called to ask where shipment was, they told me it was at a warehouse near me ready for delivery and it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Talked to the people at the warehouse they said it has not been delivered to them yet. The warehouse also proceeded to let me know that this company is a nightmare to deal with and is always way behind and lies about where shipments are at. Save yourself the headache and ship with someone else.

They completely LOST a 8' x 4' x 40" pallet weighing over 1,000 lbs that had over $2,300 of material on it. It's been 5 months since I filed a claim and they still have not paid it out but had the nerve to send me a $800 bill for the shipment and marked it as "delivered.

If you have deadlines for delivery, do NOT book freights with the company. It took nearly a month for our items to reach their destination. We were promised delivery in 2 weeks but it arrived at 4 weeks. They kept pushing back the delivery time. Additionally, customer service representatives gave us wrong information through email and phone because they do not know what they are talking about.

SLOW! Expect a LOOOONNGG wait for delivery. They pick things up and then load it into a rail container where it will SIT collecting cob webs, for days or even weeks until that container is completely full. If you call their customer service, they'll just shrug their shoulders and say, "it'll ship when it ships, we don't know how long it'll take to fill the container". Not at all worth the meager savings on freight costs. If time = money for you, DO NOT use this carrier.

If I could give this company any negative stars I would give it at least 5 NEGATIVE stars... I organized the movement of freight with them via my freight broker (Freightquote.com)... According to several calls I made the pick up was indeed made on the day they were supposed to (02/20)... the cargo was supposed to arrive on the 25th... today is the 28th and they still have NO idea where my cargo is... I have been on the phone with them for the past 3 DAYS and the response is always the same... "let me call the terminal to find out if they know more"... after a 10 minute wait they come back and say: "I apologize for the wait but I was not able to get in contact with the terminal. I will escalate this to my supervisor and reach back out to you as soon as I get a response"...

Not even Fedex Freight, which I would imagine has a great more movement than Frontline Carrier Systems, is this messy and disorganized. Customer Service is AWFUL... Tracking people have no idea what they are doing... Dispatch does not know their ass from a hole in the ground... Asking for a supervisor is a waste of time as THERE ARE NO SUPERVISORS!!!!!

DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY... it does not matter if they are the cheapest carrier, it's NOT worth it! THEY ARE A BAND OF THIEVES!

I had appointment 5am and I came here on time and they told me you have to wait 5 hour we don’t have workers for morning this shift , so I recommend you guys don’t came here to pick up load , if they don’t have workers why they make my appointment , and they have to tight parking and they load first only Chinese people no others

A singular, and absurdly bad business. Not just in transportation, but from the top down, a clear, and utter failure of capitalism and freedom. It is with no reservations that I suggest this company cease to exist as soon as possible.
