I’ve had excellent service by all the staff and drivers from Valley Fans, but Swim was my driver today, and he was very professional and polite. The service can take a while some days, that’s to be expected at times, but they always hook you up for waiting. Keep up the positive attitudes and service!

These guys are AWESOME!!! They really work hard to make sure that they fill your order and they are proactive in keeping you informed about delivery status. If it takes a minute for them to get to you, don’t trip. It just means they are short staffed. These folks are the real deal. They are legit, VERY professional and always very cool to work with. I would highly recommend them and I am a repeat client!

Used service twice. First time was excellent. 2nd time felt like a scam. Made an order at 12:57pm ETA said 45min.
2 hours went buy so I called & text. No response at first until I kept texting. Someone text back(no name given) then said they were closed for inventory and deliveries would resume around 5pm.
I patiently waited until 7pm. Kept texting and no response at first. Then got text back saying refund will be issued immediately.
No such thing happened on my end. I kept trying to contact them and still no answer. They pick and choose what questions they will answer. I will never use their service again.
I wouldve been willing to use service again had they properly communicated. I understand things happen, but why not respond with detailed answers especially after taking someone's money.
