Absolutely agree with other reviewers. The company is a total scam. They claimed that they delivered a package, and even sent me a photo as proof of delivery. The fact is I never received it. According to them, (looking at other reviews, I strongly doubt they ever delivered ) the package was dropped in the wrong place. As a result, I lost over 400 $. Nordstrom, if you don't want to lose your customers, please never send packages with scammers like this one!!!!

NORDSTROM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My package has been in Sun Valley since 8/8/24, I live in Santa Clarita, and was supposed to arrive by 8/10. It finally got marked as “out for delivery” on 8/17 with a revised expected delivery date of 8/18, it’s 8/20 and it’s still “out for delivery.” This company has major issues and it’s apparent by every single review here. Nordstrom you are tainting your good reputation by using this low grade company.

If I could I would leave no stars. Unfortunately that is not an option. These people are confirmed thieves! I was home on the first “attempt” to deliver my package and was not notified that a driver was near and could not get into my gated apartment complex so it was decided to not try to contact me. I sent a message and had gotten a response requesting the apartment gate code so they could enter with no issues. Is calling the customer to much of a hassle so they want access to return at their leisure. After reading the complaints I see this is an ongoing issue and will be contacting Nordstrom to stop using the service for any of my orders. I already told them about the experience and showed that I don’t have a garage but the driver “delivered” to my garage. They also refuse to have the driver provide the address it was “delivered“ to, I can only assume that it was never left at my apartment building.

My package is not delivered even though they claim it is. Scamers. And yes that's disappointing that Nordstrom uses them. AND I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR REPETITIVE RESPONSE, JUST STOP SCAMING AND START WORKING, PAY DECENT WAGES TO ATTRACT GOOD EMPLOYEES.

They left my package OUTSIDE my building, the status shows as delivered, they send me a picture saying that they did the delivery "correctly" who leaves packages on the street? my address did show my apartment number, and even if it doesnt say an apartment number I think I would be logic to at least put it inside at the lobby, this was a very important pakage and now is lost and unfortunatly I cannot recover the content because its sold out.

Package delivered at 10p to “side door” when my address doesn’t even have a side door. No picture proof of delivery so that I can even have a hint of where they just left the package. Package is missing and contained contents that are no longer in stock so it is unable to be replaced. Do not use this delivery service and I will encourage the company I bought stuff from to never use this company again either.

Totally scamming company! Agree with all previous reviews! Just got the same issue today, Marked as delivered and I never received my package ! I will take a serious action. They are not deliver packages, They steal them! Fraud and identity theft !!! File a police report for investigation!

Thieves. There drivers are thieves. How do you deliver a package the same time you start a route? They are a joke. I can't believe Nordstroms uses them.
