I had a fantastic experience with Dollar Self Storage in Florence! The service was exceptionally fair –
I truly received exactly what I paid for, and in many ways, the service went above and beyond my expectations.
The facility was consistently clean, including the restrooms and front office, which I really appreciated.
What impressed me most was their proactive customer service. They even called me beforehand to help me avoid
potential late fees, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff was always helpful and attentive, although
thankfully, I never encountered any issues with gate access during my time there.

Overall, Dollar Self Storage provided a truly valuable service in my life. I highly recommend their Florence
location to anyone in need of reliable and well-maintained storage.

The unit was perfect for our things. The staff was amazing. He showed us all the different sizes and explained the insurance policy in detail. I highly recommend renting from here.. Great location right off Hunt Highway.

Dollar is the cleanest, safest storage facility in Florence/San Tan Valley.. Debbie was always welcoming and helpful when stopping by the office or to buy moving supplies. This is a one stop shop. No need to go all over town for moving supplies.

The reason why I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because Kelsey for months now that we have been using this storage facility has truly gone above and beyond for myself and my sister. It has been a very tough year and she makes our experience there very pleasant. The 1 star deduct is because of how unpleasant Holly is and has been towards my sister and her situation, showing no remorse. Probably something that should be addressed immediately. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who feel this way.

Kelsey helped me today and i could not explain how much appreciation i have towards her. She was so kind and caring and just really helped this experience all the more.
