This company coordinated a delivery for a Home Depot order. The shipment arrived a week earlier than estimated while I was out of state. I spoke to staff at AAA Cooper and asked to place a hold until a Thursday when I would be back in town, and they said no problem. They put the package on the street curb of my home that Monday (3 days early) without calling or texting to schedule as Home Depot instructions specified they would. My 70 year old neighbor was nice enough to drag the 100lb package into my garage to prevent theft and weather damage for 3 nights until I could return. If you say you can do something, follow through. If that changes, you should notify the customer. 0 stars isn't an option or it would be lower.

Dock pickups available from 7am Monday until midnight Friday. I pickup at least 3 days a week, and AAA Cooper is my go to. I plan to continue doing lots of business with this company.

First they missed the scheduled pick up on Thursday for a cracked TV that they had delivered. I had waited all day for them. On Monday their driver called for the pick-up but the truck wasn't a lift-gate for residential and I was told they couldn't pick up the TV. So I drove it 110 miles to AAA Cooper with the merchants completed return bill of laden whereupon they refused to take the TV claiming they don't handle them at all even though they picked this one up directly from the merchant and have a daily pick up with them!

Driver 29155 with ( day cab freightliner ) was so rude for getting the dock , he blocked everyone one to get the dock But could not then start Yelling and F words to others . Location was gemstone Florence . AL , Make sure train his attitude beside of his driving

Don't WASTE your time or TRUST any of the managers that work here. We tried setting up an LTL to Amazon several times. They are not reliable and if Amazon assigns them to you, you will figure it out pretty quick. You will have the WORST experience EVER!!! Your low on stock your going to lose both in the time and MONEY to restock.

"I apologize for the delay in pick up. It appears the driver’s time expired Friday prior to picking up this freight. I have it put back on schedule for pick up today..."

"I apologize we set the wrong type of truck..."

"Sorry we went to the wrong address..."

5 DAYS later I had to call Amazon to re-assign the freight finally after 15 cases opened about AAA Cooper we get to uses someone else. Open you miss pick up FAST!!!

Refused to pick up my shipment. The Bill Of Lading was complete and submitted before the transporters arrival. However, once AAA Coopers truck arrived they decided to refuse the transport. I asked the driver why and he told me it was too big although he admitted it was actually smaller than was was depicted on the Bill Of Lading. When I called to get more information the person on the phone repeated that it was too big. I then asked why they would schedule the pickup and was told they do it without looking to see what it is!

Complete waste of time and sets me and my customer back a few days.

Told driver this morning when he dropped off that he had a pickup later that day. He said he would be back. We watched him drive past the shop going home and the dispatcher told us he had already left town and was almost back at the terminal and could not pick up. Did not bother calling us or checking in to see if we still had the pickup. Zero customer service which is why they are losing almost all business in Talladega, AL. Terminal manager was called and it was obvious their drivers come before their customers. Close to Terminal at 2:30 but at 4:30 manager said driver was not back at terminal yet and doesn't get back until around 5. That is 2-1/2 hours and terminal is 1 Hr away and he left Talladega at 1:30 so he was lost for 3-1/2 hours I guess.

Medline sent a hospital bed to our residence. Because it is a residence they promised a bobtail truck. They used a trailer truck instead. Getting the delivery off the trailer and halfway to the house destroyed the box containing the bed.
