El Taco has done two school events for us. They are a hit each time. The people are so friendly and nice. The food is good. I would definitely recommend using them for your next event or having a taco from them. 10/10! And the quesadilla is delicious!

My experience eating at Taco Santo was overall good. There are a few things that I thought needed improvement such as when I received my quesadilla the cheese had not fully melted, my Diet Coke can smelled like fish and the meat on my Carne Asada Tacos had huge chunks that were unpleasant to bite into. I also do appreciate places that pay attention to detail when they cut their veggies. For example, there were big pieces of cabbage on my tacos while other pieces were nice and thin. Flavor was good, cleanliness was good, and the staff was very friendly.

We used them for a Staff Appreciation lunch and they were fantastic. The food was delicious and service was fast. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions and the prices are more than reasonable. They will bee first on my list the next time we needed to hire a catering truck for an event. Thank you!!!

I had 2 carne asada tacos and I'll absolutely have some again next time I see this truck. Quality meat that has a classic carne asada marinade. I got a corn tortilla and a flour tortilla. I enjoyed it with the flour most, but both were delicious. Both salsas were flavorful and had the right amount of spice and salt. I added cabbage and lime as well, which were both fresh.

I hate to be negative but the chicken tacos were absolutely horrible. The bland, unseasoned chicken was slapped on two store bought unheated tortillas. There was no flavor, no cilantro, no onion just a salsa bar and the salsa had no flavor just heat. It was so bad Total waste of $12. How they have food truck is baffling.
