I am not one to write negative reviews, but I need people to please think twice before working with this company. People make mistakes and we are very patient and forgiving people, but this is the first time we have had to fire a contractor for his ineptitude.

We needed drywall to be repaired after a water heater leak. The job required the contractor to disconnect our new water heater, loop the pipes together so we could continue to have cold water in our house, and repair the drywall. This meant we would not have hot water for a few days, but we were 100% okay with that if it meant our drywall would be fixed.

The first red flag that we should have paid attention to happened the moment my husband opened the door for Kade. My husband said, “How are you?” and Kade responded by saying, “Better than you’re going to be without hot water for the next few days.” That’s a hilarious joke between friends, but it was not at all a professional comment to make on a work site. It should have given us a clue as to how seriously Kade was going to take this job.

To make a long story short, the contractor did not shut off the water line to the house while disconnecting the water heater, then he did not loop the pipes together. Nor did he add a faucet, valve, or any other mechanism to block the water to the open pipes. Water leaked all over our exposed sheetrock. Now we are back at square one, where we were left when our water heater first leaked.

Accidents happen. People make mistakes. Very seldom to people present themselves with such crass unprofessionalism followed by a complete undoing of all progress previously made. When looking for someone who you plan to welcome into your home to make repairs, I encourage you to please find someone more professional.

Kade repaired an irrigation leak. There was another leak in the same area and he came back the next day and fixed it without extra charge. He delivered exceptional customer service and went over and above my expectations. I definitely will be using his service for other projects.
