My favorite sub shop. Jersey mikes is my second. I get the Italian fully involved with no onions. Nice and warm on wheat bread. Always a clean place with Sweet Tea!

Got the Hook and Ladder without mustard. It was DELICIOUS! I've eaten at Firehouse before but this one was the best! We were passing through Yuma and it was out of the way but I had a coupon so we went. How happy we are that we did! In fact, we're planning to go back the next time we're in Yuma.

Never had a bad experience at any one of the Firehouse Subs. The staff are well trained in customer service and food handling. They always smile and are very fast and efficient. The food is sliced fresh in house and not sliced elsewhere and trucked in from the east coast like the "other guys". Try it, you will go back again and again. I drive 15 miles to get to the closest one to me and it is well worth it.

Do not go in after 5pm they refuse to make some fresh subs or make ice tea. Usually good but do not go after 5. Manager and employees will tell you we do not make fresh subs or ice tea cause it is too late. Happens every time

Amazing subs, excellent portion sizes and options.

Love the information on the cups and the atmosphere. Their charitable programing was enough for to me stop in for a visit as a first responder myself, but the food will keep me coming back

The only criticism I have is that they didn't make my sandwich correctly. However, when I brought it up, the lady who took my order went back and remade it personally for me. What I didn't do was check the to-go sandwich we got, and that was also wrong, but i didn't notice until we were home. My hubby also had to ask 3x for his mac&cheese, 2x was from the same employee. Absolutely love firehouse subs food. Usually, service is great. Today, there was a lapse in communication.

Prices are kind of high in my opinion and for my financial situation, but i know when i can stretch it into the budget i am going to eat a great sandwich. Never have i been disappointed in my meal. The mac and cheese side is also extra good, just wish they served it in larger portions. No complaints, service has always been great.

Decent value for a tasty sub $5.50 for small to $14 for large(TMobile had a BOGO) got busy for a Saturday lunch as customers kept coming in.
