The artistry is truly amazing, various ties to Hispanic culture from history and cinema. The food is absolutely amazing, they use top-tier meats and fresh toppings. La Malquerida isn't a taco shop, it's an experience. They offer a wide variety of drinks and even host bands to entertain their guests. Really cool concept. Food was okay nothing memorable. What we really enjoyed was the atmosphere towards the end of the night, the decor, and live music but the service definitely needs improvement. Very slow and our order came wrong but we didn't care to change it at that point because we were hungry and didn't want to wait for a server to come by again. Drinks were way too expensive for how much juice and sweet and sour they add. Order a straight shot instead.

Dining at this restaurant is a delight – you won't be disappointed. Despite the waitress speaking only Spanish, the owner personally assisted my partner and me with the menu. His exceptional customer service matched the phenomenal food perfectly. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would strongly recommend him to consider opening a restaurant in Yuma!
