Very bad experience from SLAZ to Phoenix Arizona. First the trip was delayed for an hour. Then the van would turn off on the road. The van had a strong odor of marijuana. I assume from the driver since he was very unaware like I said. I assume he is high because he left the door that holds our luggage open. Even tho the van turned off over 3 times. Instead of switching vans we took the same one. The A/C does not work. On the way to Phoenix the back doors opened and dropped some of our luggage the driver was very unaware and rude. Had a bystander not seen that our luggage fell out we would’ve left without it. The driver also said we only had one minute to use the restroom and was again very rude specially to the lady’s. We had over 14 passengers and he wanted to fit more. This is very bad experience considering there where children in the back having to smell the marijuana and having to experience there luggage falling out. The driver also drove very quickly over 95 MPH since he was late to his destination.

Unreliable. They switch times whenever they want. Told me at 8 am then they said 9 am. Show up and they tell me 11 am. They said they can pick up in Yuma but then told me there was no more space. Mediocre service that you have to deal with because they're the only option. Their excuse was that "I should be there early, there are people here since 6 am" even though I came a DAY EARLIER to inquire and called in the morning to confirm. Never again

I use this service for the first time. Pick up time was at 10:40 at yuma, they got 15 minutes late. Ran out of gas before arriving at phoenix. Unit number TE-224.

Chofer Alvarado gave me a ride to the airport on March 23rd of 2022, he was very polite , he is a very safe driver and very professional, got to the airport on time. Thank you for the safe ride.

Super reliable transportation. Friendly staff. Just the A.C. takes a lil to cool, because your packed in there shoulder to shoulder. 5 out of 5 THEY NEVER FAIL AND ALWAYS ON TIME
