Overcharged with added fees from God knows where. Your payment is deducted right away, but not processed to account until a week later causing late fees. And yes, constant power outages for no known reason.

Delivered metal electrical poles and parts from Meyer Utility Fort Worth. Offloading went smoothly and quickly back on the road.

Drop yard on Calle Cobre has street parking for truck deliveries. Pilot truck stop is minutes away.

Bad customer service. I called in to pay my bill as it was a bit late The guy himself was nice enough. Quoted my bill to be twice the actual bill ! Canceled the call and went back to my trusty bank to make the payment. Look at those bills people!

I have been with Unisource for a little over 2 years now. I have never had so many power outages in my 55 years of life. Today. There is not a cloud in the sky, auto accident or even wind, yet the power is out. Too bad electric companies are monopolies.

You have to have them if you live in this area, but expect at least one brief outage every day and at least one day long (or longer) outage every month. Do not expect rapid resolution of any problems or the call back they promise once power is back on.

Been without power for twelve hours so far today, last update on their outage site was 8 hours ago and still nothing.

Energy, most of the time. Lightning, bad drivers and late payments are usually the cause of most outages. 1 suprise outage this year so far and I thought my payment was late! But, it was out from Mariposa road all through rio rico and . Im glad that was not all on my bill. ENERGIZED!

The worst customer service I have ever received. Finally we get a window to pay our bill, without having to pay an extra fee and the clerk is rude and the slowest I have seen. Have to better train their personnel on customer service.
