Pleasant experience! I was greeted by friendly staff for 10 AM appointment, loading began about 10:15 and outta there shortly after! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No issues with employees seem nice but I’ve been waiting over 6 hours to get loaded and they have 8 empty docks with not lot of activity it seems or many trucks coming in and out, I’ve been here sense the AM, I can understand a little delay but this is over kill, not sure why I’m doing a pick up that’s not even close to been ready, im sitting here and not even making money, I know some produce comes from Mexico but makes sense to me to have your orders all ready or the product needed at the facility so they are close to been ready before you schedule shipments to be picked up so drivers aren’t waiting hours and hours to be loaded, I have a family I’m trying feed to

I understand things can get hectic but telling people it’ll be two hours every two hours for 8 hours is just misleading and rude.

My experience with them ..bad ..get the feeling they don't really care at all about truckers but there is always a chance I can be wrong ..if you want better reviews then maybe tell your staffing to be honest with truckers...telling them that they will be here a few hours and probably knowing it's going to be way way more then a few hours that's not right . honesty goes a long way ..yes sometimes wait times just can't be helped...and here I still wait.
