This was my first time coming here.Everything went smooth. I was in&out.
I asked to use bathroom.He said it is out of order but than he let me in.He told me.Some driver made a mass.I get it but you cant punish rest of us because of them.
We drive 11 hrs straight and rushing to come here to delivery or pick up.
Common We shouldn't worry about bathroom.İt is not fair at all.
I appreciate it for all.I hope that you guys put urself in our shoes.We have good ones too.

Loading started after 2 hours. Very slow loading. Enough space to back if their is no local truck or any truck parked in the front. Restroom for drivers. Check in is quick.

We check in 10am.
Only 10 Skids. The guy at reception very rood. They start loading after two hours. Done in 1hrs. We're still waiting for papers work from last 2 hours.
Is this service?
No drive facilities. Even no portable washroom.
I hope we never come back.
Just waist of time.

Nice people here very professional gave me door right away. Doors 9-14 may have blindsided in due too large garbage can but no big deal

I showed up 3 trucks ahead of me...now they're over 10+ trucks wow...I guess if you're Latino you will be inn & out......9hours still waiting for a door.

Opens at 10 am work 3 hrs go to lunch until 2pm close at 7 pm been here since 0930 checked in at 10am now there on lunch until 2pm not pulling nothing from here again just a waist of a day don't make appointments if you the shipper can't get a truck loaded in a reasonable time, if you are seeing this wouldn't load here

Easier if you park out in the street..Check in at office!! Follow directions back into the dock assigned take load locks out your responsible for them!! Quick loading.. they'll call you when loaded..
