Saw in the reviews I’m not the only one. If you DONT want your trash picked up make sure to hire Rio Rico Sanitation it’s their specialty. I think I’ve had my trash not picked up more than I have. Oh but of course they promptly charge my billing.

I don't even pay for this service, it's best to go to the dump yourself. But every time all my neighbors get their trash picked up the streets are littered with garbage. The littering here is already a major issue and the garbage people are helping contribute to it.

We've had RR Sanitation for about 12 years now and couldn't be any happier that we have their trash pick up services. It beats going to the dump and risking a flat tire on my vehicles. It's very convenient, and they even show up on holidays.

Best sanitation company here in Rio Rico and locally owned! We will continue to use their services!!

I think they litter more the streets than they pick up every Thursday you can tell in the streets that the trash has been picked up by this company because our street are littered with garbage because they only take what they want, and then dump off the rest, where the can was flapping in the wind I have some pretty good videos that I’m gonna send to the county public works department I think they need to be held accountable for all the leader in the streets. They’re pretty good at charging us.

The service from the drivers and garbage collectors or perfect no mess behind and a job well done. The only thing the company has is that they charge to much and if you are even a day behind they charge you five dollars more that’s 35 percent your monthly cost, to expensive but it’s the only company in town hopefully they had a competitor and lower there cost, because the employees don’t even get paid good like 12 dollars for drivers. Remember pay with checking account its 3 dollars cheaper for month

They are a selective garbage removal. If you have anything ese besides household Trash will not be picked up, they take the time and effort to remover from inside the container but will not pick up a box or garden leaves (even if its bagged) left to next of the container. Its cheaper to make a trip to landfill once a monterrey for $4. They don't want to damage their trucks according to their explanation..should reconsider adapting their vehicles to their line of work.

Horrible service. Haven’t picked up in 2 weeks. Was told they were going to pick up Thursday and they tell me they went on Tuesday. After giving them gate code and verifying they had gate code and still say they were not able to get in. Last week I was told they were going to call me never got a call. This week same.
