If I’m paying $180 a month for a TINY storage unit you’d think you’d have access to your stuff 24/7 right? WRONG. Do NOT recommend. Then you have to give them a 10 day notice that you won’t be renting the u it anymore or you’ll be charged full price for a unit you’re NOT using anymore. For the love of GOD, can businesses in Rio Rico stop over charging for the bare minimum service. Also, they say they open at 9 Am but it’s 9:16 currently, NOBODY is in the building the door is locked and the keypad is OFF. DO NOTTTTT RECOMMENDDDDDDD.

I found this place really nice, well kept and easy to access. Outstanding staff (Dee Dee and Mike) did more than asked for. Magnificent customer service and bringing Uhaul made my life so much easier. Thanks a lot, you have all my recommendations and my respect.

My unit was broken in to and I have been unable to resolve this. Allsafe has done nothing to help. The insurance I had with them will not accept my claim because I had nothing in the unit. (After it was broken into) your things are definitely not all safe here

Needed storage for two weeks, was prorated for the first month, but had to pay service fees and BS, storage insurance and stuff. I have notice that I would be moving out on The 1st of the next month, I was charged a full months rent, plus insurance and a late payment fee, when I thought I was already moved out. This place is a rip off for sure, they new I was moving out, I bet they have probably already rented my unit and are making twice the rent.

Love all the new improvements of this facility and the staff is well trained. AND...FINALLY U-HAUL is HERE, bringing U-haul trucks, trailers and tow dollies into Rio Rico!
