I LOVE this store! The people that work there are true dog/cat people. They will take their time to help you, and they are super knowledgeable. The treats and food there are such great quality. And they have great sales and discounts. Thursday is 15% off treats ! Honestly, you can tell they care about their customers; the ones with paws and the ones with feet 😉 . This place is the best.

I love this place. It’s not a big store that carries garbage for your dog or cat just trying to take your money. They have excellent quality merchandise that is HEALTHY! I get goats milk, freeze dried lamb, frozen raw meat, freeze dried quail and more. My dogs health has instance I learned that most dog kibble is unhealthy and the reason so many of our dogs are dying younger than they were 40 years ago. Canine and feline nutrition is on the forefront of change. Get with it! Pet Planet will help you and your best friend.

Went in today 2/5 to get a few things for my dogs and the girl never even looked up from her phone to see I was in the store. I walked around, couldn’t find what I was looking for and I walked out without the girl noticing I was in the store. Small selection and no help at all, not to mention it’s incredibly rude.

SCAM company!!! They “claimed” to have had a glitch in the credit card machine during a certain time frame. I checked my accounts all my charges were cleared, until today when they charged me again!! When I called I was told I had to contact my bank and could call the corporate office. I was given a number that when answered told me congrats you qualify for a medical alert bracelet!! When someone answered she just kept talking never even attempting to help me!! Now I have to dispute the charges which per my bank means I have to get a new debit card and go through the whole process of changing all my automatic bills. RUN folks this place is a SCAM and they may say they don't have your card information but it’s a lie!!! Shame on me for thinking they were a legit business!!!

I approached Pet Planet to discuss some prize baskets for our communities pet costume contest. They were awesome to work with. Deziree came through in a big way. Took care of us, Worked within our budget, and far exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you to Pet Planet and the friendly staff there for a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend them.
