Honestly so so happy with this service!!! Not only were they so sweet and accommodating but I almost ruined my husbands custom suit jacket by (stupidly) putting it in the washing machine. It had hard water stains all over it and I was so nervous it was ruined. But we brought it to Lapels and it came out good as new!!! I know it was lucky but I also owe it all to them. They definitely know what they are doing!! 10/10 experience & we will be using them for any further dry cleaning services we need. They also have a seamstress I may check out too.

This review is for the alterations part of the Lapels on S Ellsworth Rd, in Queen Creek. I wish I had the seamstress’s name, as she is terrific! I brought 4 pair of pants in for hemming, which I know doesn’t sound difficult, but one of them has a very unique structure, and I have experienced poor/bad hem jobs by a different person. Anyway, all 4 of my pants, including the non-standard pair were hemmed with perfection. No one will ever know they were hemmed! I will return to this specific location and seamstress ongoing!

Highly recommend! I took my comforter in for cleaning around 4pm and I received a text message hours later letting me know that my order was ready for pick up. I went there the next morning wondering in the back of my mind of maybe that was a text error, but sure enough my comforter was done not only that they protected it with easy zip up packaging to keep it clean in transport. When I brought it home, it seemed very clean and zero chemical smell whatsoever. The start was very friendly. This will be my new dry cleaners, they exceeded my expectations!!!! They also do in-house alterations, which is good to know.

$82 for 15 laundered shirts and 2 dry cleaned shirts? What on earth? The price is about $5 per shirt on average. Cannot believe how expensive dry cleaning has become. Never again. I’ll iron them myself from now on. And the people are NOT friendly. At all.
