I was super excited to try the Italian beef sandwich and drove 25 min to this location. When I got home, I opened up my Italian beef sandwich to find bread and beef. That’s it. On the website, it’s advertised WITH peppers. It didn’t have any of that. My husband called the location and was told their SOP is to ask for peppers, because apparently that’s an additional charge for the sandwich. First of all, this sandwich costs $8.29. You’re telling me for $8.29 you can’t put peppers on a sandwich?! And that I’m just getting bread and beef? Secondly, why are you advertising your Italian beef sandwich on your website WITH the peppers on it in the first place? That is incredibly misleading. And no where does it say that you charge extra for the peppers. No one even asked me if I wanted peppers to begin with. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here and my entire trip to try it just felt wasted. Do better, and implement your SOP’s and train your staff to do their job.

Loved coming to this location! Not as crazy crowded as the other locations. I didn't care for their relish it's kinda tangy. Loved the chocolate cake and sweet tea!!

It was an amazing experience. Got here when they opened at 10:00 am and ordered the Italian beef sandwich with hot peppers and xt gravy. It was so delicious.

Take out. The hot dogs were good. The double burger was good as well. I just didn't like the casing on the hot dog. it was hard to eat.

Super friendly and great food! Cheese sauce for the fries is a must have! Love the charbroiled burgers and Italian beef! Also just recently tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it's delicious as well 😋 Don't forget to try their chocolate cake for dessert too!

Absolutely disappointed. The long wait i would have understood if the food was at least decent. I got the Italian sandwich and had zero flavor. The bread on it was completely soaked and not edible. 2 of my 3 food items were not given at drive thru and I still had to park and go inside to correct the mistake. Definitely could do better

I got the Italian beef sandwich with fries. I was disappointed with the flavor of the beef. I asked for extra peppers & it came with very little. My fries were absolutely perfect.

Delicious Hot Dogs, Crinkle Fries were nice & hot. Reasonably priced. Great music playing oldies but goodies. Nice atmosphere & the staff will serve with a smile! I'll be back! 😋
