I see that I am not the only one who has trouble with this pharmacy. I waited a week after my Dr. Called in the prescription and was told they are waiting to hear back from my Dr, because they had a question about the dosage. I waited another week without hearing anything. At that time Heather asked questions about my prescription and then approved it to go through. Waited another five days and by this time I was getting really frustrated with Escatto. Heather told me that They had compounded my prescription but forgot about it after that. "Really" at that time my frustration came out and said if it's not sent out, they can just cancel my order. Heather must have taken my frustration personally and got huffy with me. This is the first time I am using this pharmacy and I'm not sure I want to continue using them. Very unprofessional business.

My medical provider strongly recommended (I’m in Tucson), and I gave all shipping and payment information to a rep after the script was sent in. It’s been three weeks, they say they needed more info so my MA faxed it again. They deny receiving, even though I saw her do it. Just called, they say the quantity isn’t listed (it is). My MA is now contacting them for the 4th time.
Good concept but zero follow through or care or, most obviously, leadership.
I guess I’ll take my chances in Mexico .

Esatto Pharmacy employee AAKASH was extremely rude. I called in a medication on Saturday 3/8/25 left a voicemail and called early Monday morning 3/10/25 at 9 a.m. to verify it was received and it was. I stopped into the QCreek location Wednesday
3/12/25 at 3:00 p.m. with my 83 year old Aunt to pick it up. Aakash was sitting at the counter scrolling on his phone didn't greet us actually ignored us. When he finally came over to help us I was told to come back in 2 hours. I counted 4 employees working. I told him I know the medication needs to be mixed that I'll wait for it he was extremely rude he said it would take at least 30 minutes then walked back to the back and was talking to the employee mixing medications . I watched the female pharmacist mix it then bring it to him he let me wait knowing it was ready. I asked employee Franchesca if it was ready she said it was at 3:37 p.m. Franchesca was super. I called to speak to Sarg the Manager he actually called me back and listened to my concerns he said he would speak to AAKASH . Aakash needs customer service training. Sarg agreed I appreciated the call back from Sarg. Hopeful my next experience will be better.

I dropped off my script for drops on a Friday. I asked when it would be ready, obviously since I’m dropping this off, I need the medication urgently. Woman says early the following week. I also let her know I’ll pick up at same location since they had to fill it in Chandler.

Tuesday, I get a text saying they JUST GOT MY PRESCRIPTION. I called, the lady kept saying to she’d have it shipped for queen creek. Clearly wasn’t listening. I told her when it’ll be filled since I was told it would be early this week. She said “idk next couple of days”. Uhm what ?

When I told her I was expecting it to be early in the week, she got so smart with me and said “well tomorrow is Wednesday which is still early in the week. Then Thursday is still early in the week ma’am”

I didn’t get my medicine till a whole week later after I dropped off my script, on Friday. Tell me in what would is that “eArLy In ThE wEeK”

Wouldn’t go here again. the people are rude and unprofessional.

Have a complicated medical history. Stopped and inquired for drug interactions and allergies. Requested secondary guidance with my specialist as a safe guard. Wish some of the doctors I have seen in last year would read drug allergies and interactions before they fill.

When I first began using them, they were pretty good. Reasonably fast and friendly. Now, it takes at least a week to get anything filled. Parking at their location is horrible. It's the emptiest place I've ever seen and if by chance someone else is ahead of you, expect to wait 20-30 min. There is no urgency at all. They want you to leave messages for a refill but no acknowledgement they received it or working on it. 10 days later, they say they never got it. Text you when ready, yeah, 5 min before closing Friday afternoon and they're not open Saturday. I've got to find another place to go, they're not customer friendly.
