Lisa was outstanding at Carefree Covered RV Storage in San Tan Valley, AZ. She was knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, easy to deal with, and displayed a pleasing personality. Lisa made sure that the Carefree App worked and we had easy access in and out of the facility. A super clean and secure facility for your RV with Lisa living on site. We have been Rving for 15 years and Carefree is the best covered RV facility that we have stayed at. 5 Stars !!

The process for a new customer is fast and well thought out. You'll get a complete tour of the facilities followed up by paper work in a very clean and professional office reception area. Lisa is very kind and efficient and is very welcoming. The facilities are off the hook clean and they have a great layout. Can't wait to use the full service RV wash area.

We stored our new boat at Carefree Storage and couldn't have been more thrilled with the amenities and support we got from the entire staff. Lisa and her team are incredible to work with - so responsive and helpful at all times. The wash bay was fantastic for cleaning up after being on the water all day and I must say the free bags of ice are a huge plus!!! Also the security and technology they have installed made us feel our boat was very safe - which was so comforting to not have to worry. The entire facility is so well maintained and clean. A++ for Carefree Storage - I would highly recommend to anyone looking to store their boat/trailer/RV!

You will not get a better place to store your toys. We were on the wait list for almost a year and when we received the call from Lisa telling us to come pick out our spot and we were thrilled. Our toy hauler was at another covered storage down the road already but it doesn't compare to Carefree. The communication is great, the wash bay and dumping station is awesome and you get 2 free bags of ice. We all know our toys are not cheap so why not store them at the best place.

This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing! As first time RV’ers we have so much to learn! The amenities this place offers like wash-bays, dumping station, air, ice etc are a few of the reasons we chose this location to store our new baby. On site Manager Lisa goes above and beyond to answer our questions and provide excellent customer service!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and all around great place to store an RV or boat. Highly recommend! A+++++

We were one of the first tenants at this new and amazingly complete facility. Lisa, the manager, has taken great care of us and our motorhome from first phone call in April through our December checkout. The layout is perfectly, with little direct sun hitting the vehicles, important in the Phoenix summer sun. Having an available power outlet for the trickle charger saves big bucks in battery life. Two well equipped free wash bays, as well as water and dump is a great convenience. I’m looking forward to returning next spring.
