Visit was fine, just picked up a pickup for a trip to the dump. Little wait with only one person initially helping in lobby. Checkout was smooth and employee was professional.

Rented a 26' moving van, process of pickup and return was smooth. Due to a detour we went over our allowed miles, spoke with the MOD and he waived fees. Very happy with the process, will rent again.

I have to say thank you to David at the hunt hwy location and Dustin at customer service. With their knowledge, service and kindness I found the perfect moving solution. With the ubox, i saved over $1000. I have limited finances and help and may not have been able to get home with my belongings if not for their advice. I’ll never forget this. My RZR got stolen in the middle of the day on top of a trailer between an RV and 5th wheel swung trailer out hitting metal beam and drove my RZR out a "safe and secure gate" need a code to open it but apparently they couldn't find people entering just leaving after asking other kids to open the gate for them and they did. They didn't get in trouble and neither did the people that stole my RZR they got away because of U-Hauls incompetence with running a business.

My items felt secure. I felt safe going in alone to load up or take things out. It was super convenient to set it up online and cancelling was so easy and took me just a few minutes. I have one suggestion: maybe make it more clear where customers are supposed to park to unload and that we need a code/card to unlock and lock our unit every time. Maybe it was just me but I was pretty confused about these two things even after talking to an employee so I had to go to the front again to ask if I needed a card and then they finally gave me one. Not a big deal, but could've been more streamlined.
