This location is a gamble in securing storage that is level with the ground. Some units are raised off the ground requiring ramps if you plan on using a dolly or anything with wheels. No ramps are available on site so whatever is on hand will have to do. Instead of breaking your back, visit a local hardware/home improvement store and buy a ramp set just in case. Also tried a couple of times to hire movers through the U-Haul link and no one was available both times. Hope you know some friends around town. Lol. Best part though is the 24 access to the property, when there is power for the electric only gate.

Do not go through these people. The lady I was on the phone was rude and hung up on me all because I wanted to look something up real quick. Not sure what is so wrong with your life, but when you're at work lose the attitude... ESPECIALLY when in a customer service position.

We rented a unit from this facility thinking our valuables would be safe and secure. We went to put more stuff in our unit and found that the back corner of the roof had been leaking into the unit soaking and destroying our items, some of which were extremely sentimental and cannot be replaced. When we went to tell the manager she said "oh it looks like you have been on the list to be repaired since before you rented the unit." We obviously would not have rented a unit we knew had to be repaired. She then went on to say that we should have packaged our things in plastic to avoid this problem. So upset and disappointed in this storage facility. DO NOT USE THEM!

It is absolutely awful homeless people are living in the units, they're breaking into units and stealing things and none of the managers want to do anything about it

I have to say I am impressed with the customer service and specifically employee Dawn, she was very specific and personal. I was addressed as soon as I walked in the door and all of my questions and concerns were answered positively.

Too many issues during the winter followed by flooding and my boxes getting moldy with some few items in it. Luckily I thought ahead going into it thinking that this was a horrendous storage unit. Need to be closed.

The new manager Nolan is friendly and helpful. He explained why propane tanks expire and offered me a water. The lady in the office was also friendly and helpful.
