We had an urgent pickup we needed within a few hours. I filled out the form online but was still working out the logistics when Irene reached out via email within minutes and confirmed a delivery time on our last-minute schedule. Our delivery didn't happen due to unforeseen circumstances. But WOW great customer service and very good pricing. Rapidus will be our first call for our next courier/delivery need. Horrible horrible company. They mistreat their couriers and the customer service is out of touch. They can deactivate your account without any explanation. I do not recommend to anyone.
