I rented a storage unit here for just about a year just recently moved out all my stuff. I never had any issues and Denise was always amazing to deal with! She was always in a great mood and was always greeted with a smile. If I ever need a storage unit this will be my first choice. Denise thank you for all you do!

My husband & I needed a place to store our things after moving to Phoenix & are so grateful we found Guardian Storage! Denise runs the show there & she went above & beyond. I never thought a storage place would stand out much to compel me to write a review, but this is no ordinary storage center!

Things we love about Denise & Guardian Storage:

- She was the most responsive of all of the storage places we called. She was the first one to call us back & maintained that quick level of responsiveness ever since.
- Super warm & friendly. She made us feel so welcome & at home.
- Very honest, upfront & fair with the prices. Every other storage place had shady and/or high pricing...and they would beat around the bush in telling us what that was.
- The location is very secure. We felt very safe & at peace leaving our things there.
- Denise has a very cute dog there too & if you’re lucky, you may get to see her!

the entire property is always well maintained, clean & quiet. there are plenty of cameras & manager on site. in the years that i have rented here i have never had any issues upgrading or downgrading from units, making payments is very easy in person or online.

They recently paved this facility, so it has new roads in and around the facility. It is not cheap to do these kind of upgrades, so they at least are putting money back into the facility. I have not personally used this location, so I cannot add any more info, other than to say the manager seemed very nice. She was courteous and well spoken.

I have had many storage units in the past, and always had issues with either the company or rude customer service. This is NOT the case here! I found this storage place about a year ago. I've never had any issues with anything. I love knowing I won't have any issues and knowing my items are safe.
