I just want to say this company is awesome! They truly helped me in a big time of need. They helped me move heavy Items and loaned me a U-HAUL for a very low price. They were so kind and helpful throughout the process. The things in my storage were kept safe for 4 years. This place is affordable and very friendly! Loved the personable family like service. I definitely recommend. Thank you Shane and Eric for accommodating me!

Raises rates yearly.
My rent was paid on 1/9/25
I moved out 1/12/25.
They kept the entire month rent.
Said i have to give 10 days notice. This is a storage unit not an apartment. Heads up, customer service is more than saying please and thank you. It also requires you to NOT rip people off. I will tell everyone i know about you and your rip off policy..... 1/14/25
We already discussed this in your office. You held firm to you stance of keeping my money. Now that a bad review is posted you want to discuss this further? How about just doing business with proper morals the first time? Then nobody gets mad and no bad reviews are posted. I have wasted enough of my time on you. Keep the money you obviously need it more that I do.
