Jeff, at McDowell Mountain Community Storage was beyond helpful in setting up a storage unit for me! Moving is a stressful! He made the process of setting up a storage unit for the first time, easy. I have seen a lot of storage places and dealt with some, but none have surpassed. This one. Jeff was great. I asked if I could be considered for a small space and he called me and let me know when one opened and was very kind and professional thank you for your help I greatly appreciate it. Also I like the benefit of it being so close and all of the amenities that are included the air conditioning the temperature control the elevator. The moving car it’s amazing thank you so much for everything. I would highly recommend this business and Jeff as a professional businessman..

I already had one large unit and needed an additional unit quickly and Jeff was so accommodating as I was completely loaded and needed to unload right away. He took the time to find me a unit as close as possible to my other unit. Very happy with the service. The whole complex is so nice and first class.

Update - I moved my belongings out of my storage unit and into my house yesterday. Jeff and Richard were great - friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The unit was clean and very convenient for my move.

Jeff and his team are amazing to deal with! We had a situation where my mom's purse got locked inside her unit (with the padlock key) and Jeff was kind, non judgemental, and helped us to solve the issue. My son also rents a storage unit here, and the staff have been nothing but amazing. I highly recommend!
