I have used CPEC for over 2 years now and have been very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their service. Parts, scheduling, and techs are knowledgeable and always helpful. Yesterday, however, was exceptional. While knee deep in a disassembled machine, I saw Tony stop and return items that had fallen out of a basket. Later he assisted a customer with starting different machines, and directed yet another to stop an overload. He kept his work clean and finished in about an hour. How could I ask for more? Thank you, Tony, for going above and beyond!

My wife and I are about 2 years into our Laundry Mat endeavor as a side business and it has been a learning experience the entire way for us. Luckily, we were introduced to CPEC and their extended family of employees and we have had both excellent service and tutoring from many different folks on their staff. CPEC has annual training classes free of charge with a very nice luncheon. The owners along with other CPEC employees sit in to assist the actual reps from the washer and dryer companies to help all of their customers gain as much knowledge about their equipment as possible.

CPEC understands that much of our business comes down to understanding the smaller nuts and bolts of the machines and they do their very best to educate us so we can handle the small repairs and repairs while leaving the heavy lifting to them.

Our sincere thanks to the entire Svancara family and the extended family such as Mike Henkel and his son Parker. Mike was instrumental in helping us determine where and how to upgrade out facility. Parker is one of the nicest young men we know and is always ready to help in any way he can.

DO NOT waste your valuable time and money at this business. Terrible customer service. You're more than welcome to leave a message but never expect to receive a call back.
They will claim to call you when your machine has been repaired. Despite your many inquiry calls about your machine, the next communication you receive from them will be 3 months later in the form of a bill.
The place is a joke. I find it aggravating that I have to score them one star just to leave a review.
