We came down here to buy 2 refrigerators that we needed in order to get Wild Horse Espresso Company open in mesa. They have a big selection of all kinds of restaurant equipment. Thank Goodness. Thank you for your help and we can't wait to come back down next month to get more stuff.

We recently bought a used walk-in cooler/freezer combo from EEL. While all the employees I dealt with were professional and helpful, that is where the positive experience ends. We were assured that the walk-in, while used, was in working condition when it was disassembled. When it arrived it was obvious that this was not the case. The issues are almost too numerous to mention in their entirety. They include:

- The copper tubing on the compressors had been clipped off and pinched shut instead of cleanly cut and capped
- All the mechanical units were leaking serious amounts of oil and one of the compressor fans was almost seized up
- The condenser for the freezer was so corroded it was turning to dust
- The wiring had all been redone by a total amateur and inside the cooler compressor the insulation had melted from extreme heat
- Mechanical components were clearly damaged and in some cases not even attached to the casing
- The doors and thresholds on the box were so rusted they were turning to dust
- The freezer floor had been sloppily cut in two pieces for transport
- Most of the panels were damaged, had rusted out cam locks, and/or were growing black mold on the insulation

I had two independent HVAC techs each with over 20 years experience tell me that they would never agree to work on any of the equipment, and that in their professional opinion the entire unit was junk. When I brought these issues and more to the attention of EEL I was told that all equipment was sold as is and they did not offer refunds. Finally, after dealing with a few employees, explaining at great length that the unit was advertised as functional when it was clearly not, and that despite later claims that with a little refurbishment it could be restored when it clearly could not, they reluctantly agreed to a partial refund. The refund did not include the cost of shipping and did include a 30% restocking fee even though they did not want the equipment back. All throughout they never admitted to the obvious poor quality of what they sent me, and continued to insist that this is how business is done in the industry. We only chose to do business with EEL based on a number of positive reviews, but in our case we have no option but to conclude that EEL scammed us out of a significant amount of money. Buyer Beware!

Thank you so much Jasmine for all your help! I own a bar way out west and my fryer went down this weekend m! I called EEL and jasmine was such a big help! I got there today and she had everything already ready for me and was such a sweet girl! Super fast transaction and they even loaded it up in my truck super fast! I would recommend using EEL 100% she even Text me after to make sure everything was good and if I need any help to call her! 10 out of 10 review!

I was referred to this business from one of my very reputable distributors that has used them for a long time. I spoke with Jasmine which was very helpful and she got me taken care of in seriously record time. Talked with her today, items being delivered on Tuesday. Couldn’t be happier !

We opened a new restaurant and bought a lot of equipment from here. The majority of the equipment did not work when they say they had checked it out to make sure everything was in good working order they had not. We live far away and were very disappointed. We could’ve understand a piece or two not working but literally almost everything we bought did not work so we know they didn’t go through it like they say they do.
They did however try to replace and/or repair the equipment they sold us that didn’t work.

Very reasonable pricing quick shipping and when I had a small problem with one of the ovens I purchased from them , their customer service team immediately resolved it. I would not hesitate to purchase another piece of equipment, new or used from this company.

Not at all impressed with anything here been in a few times and they are overpriced and then the things you are interested in buying they don’t want to sell. Office manager or owner lady is rude and not the best at customer service the younger girl is sweet and tries to be helpful but equipment is beat up, dirty & overpriced unfortunately I will not be doing my business here and will find somewhere better

Been a customer here since 2008 and recently purchased equipment, kitchen sink and quite a few pizzeria items. My friend couldn't quite figure how the lumped small wares items added up but seeing if gotten a good deal on my refrigeration purchase I did not contest the receipt when later reviewed.

Fast forward a few weeks later I return because I'd needed some equipment provided by a local auctioneer. I spent considerably longer this time picking out items, checking each for a sticker with the listed price. I'd shopped the entire store and had quite a few cutting boards $15 ea. And a larger double the size for $25 all had stickers all out on the open displayed for sale. I also picked a bunch of other smallwares, pizza pans, displays and serving displays. Upon checkout the receptionist is stating the $25 listed on the cutting board is not correct and at first I'm told it was $50 and someone must have placed that sticker on the item. Next after a further review by EEL employees it's now $75.
