Good quality product for the price.
Could be 5 stars if the wait time wasn’t so sloooooowwww. Ordered online waited about 45 minutes to get my order. Kinda disappointed ☹️

Made an online order. Got in the line that was marked "online", waited 15-20 minutes while the "walk-in" line moved three times as fast as my line. When I got to the front of the line the guy doing "online" orders told me his line was cash only and directed others to skip ahead of me. Completely disrespected my time, didn't even allow me to use the ATM without getting in the back of the line. I was looking for a new dispensary but I won't be back to PRC.

Need to have more staff at the registers to help out. I was in the store with 10ppl but only 2staff 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️…. Waiting process longer than anticipated

I wish my experience was better because the location is so close to me. I purchased a full g cartridge and the size wasn’t specified on their website. When I opened my purchase this specific cartridge is a “chubby cart” and doesn’t fit into the standard size that every other cart I have ever purchased before does fit. When I talked to the employee he agreed with me and went to show his boss that their website doesn’t have sizes labeled on their products. After about 10 minutes, the boss came out from the back and showed me that the sizes are on their website. He obviously fixed it and wouldn’t honor any type of suggestion I made to make me satisfied. I helped their business by pointing this out and they were not looking out for their customer.

If your looking for great customers service this is the place to go. Employees are awesome. 😎 Have to say Zz has a great attitude and always points you in the right direction to get the most bang for your buck!!!!

It's a great dispensary and has grown a lot over the years. My only complaint is that some of the employees are lacking in training and don't even know how to properly give back change or don't even offer to pick up the money when they hand you a bad pass.

I walked in and stood by the check in counter. Lots of employees moving around but no one acknowledged my presence. The store didn't appear to be very busy, but no one even looked over. I waited for a while and no one came over or motioned me to come in.
The dispensarys that I have been to in the past always have someone upfront. No matter how busy they are there's someone to check you in. I didn't feel welcomed so I won't be back.

I went here today and a blonde women told me that medical discount were not honored here. I was shocked. I've had my medical marijuana certification for 4 years. No dispensary ever said this to me. If your Medical don't go to this dispensary! 😡
