Dai was fantastic. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and although they were busy with other customers, we felt seen and like were not left on our own. We weren't really sure what we were looking for and thought we would just look around, but she was able to help us figure out which mattress was right for us. She helped us find the best deal and made the whole process smooth and painless. We even left a cell phone there when we left and her co-worker made sure it got back to us promptly 🙂 So nice!
