I had an incredible experience with Aguila Self Storage! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, secure, and organized everything was. But what really made the difference were Juan and Lisa — they were absolutely amazing!

Both of them were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make the entire process easy and stress-free. Juan patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. Lisa was so welcoming and she truly made me feel like a valued customer.

You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Aguila Self Storage if you’re looking for a place that’s safe, clean, and where the service is top-notch. Thank you, Juan and Lisa, for making my experience so great!

I had a misunderstanding on move in/move out protocols, so when we moved out on the 4th of the month, I thought it was prorated. However I had to pay the entire month. I get it, That was our mistake. But what made me upset was when the lady who worked there was explaining, she burst out laughing at us as if it was a laughing matter. This is a tough time for everyone financially. Having to pay nearly $400 after being completely moved out is frustrating enough. But the laughing was totally unnecessary and uncompassionate. She also kept referring to us as "honey and Hun".

Management team has not been in contact with me. I'm still waiting to hear from coporate. My auction never was online. The manager sold my stuff to a buddy and lied to his bosses. I won't disappear. That was my dead moms later written words. My sons baby photos. I offered to pay the auction winners for my personal items and got a phone call from Juan taunting me afterwards that they were not going to contact me. Disgusting business practices. Juan knows my address hasn't been updated and refused to do so because he intends to keep the overage check. Scam Artists not to be trusted.
They lock you out randomly. They never answer the phone. They went into units and moved things myltiple times. They sold my belongings at auction while under agreement and payment plan. They said they would help and work with us but they saw value in our unit and ripped us off. I'm actively pursuing this in court currently.

My brother and I had to temporarily move out of a house to find a new house to move into. Meaning we had a lot of stuff to store away. When searching, we were looking for a place for storing all the items from the old house. Which we came across Aguila Storage. They helped us get a unit ASAP and at a good price. The service and workers are also very kind and helpful especially for first time users.
