I ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE ON FRIDAY 5/12 THE ORDER WAS THROUGH TEQUILA TONYS . THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER I DIDNT RECEIVE MY APPETIZER OF QUESADILLAS THAT TXTOGO WEBSITE SAYS THE MEAL COMES WITH NOR DID I RECEIVE MY CHILI RELLENOS RIGHT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE BEEF AND CHEESE BUT ONLY CAME WITH CHEESE I CALLED TEQUILA TONYS TO LET THEM KNOW MY ORDER WAS WRONG THEY SAID TO CALL TXTOGO. I DID THE REP TOLD ME SHE WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND I TOLD HER I DIDNT REALLY WANT A REFUND I JUST WANTED THE FOOD...SHE SAID ITS UP TO ME BUT SHE WOULD GO AHEAD AND ISSUE THE REFUND AS WELL AS HAVE THEM REMAKE MY ORDER. TXTOGO DELIVERED THE SECOND TIME AND THE DRIVER SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME HE WISH HE COULD CHECK MY ORDER FOR ME BUT THEYRE NOT ALLOWED TO CHECK THEM. HE GAVE IT TO ME LEFT. I ATTENDED TO A GUEST (MIND YOU IM AT WORK) THEN CHECKED MY FOOD AND LOW AND BEHOLD THEY SENT ME CHILLIE RELLENOS WITH NOTHING IN THEM AS WELL AS A CHALUPA SHELL WITH GUACOMAOLE ON TOP. WHEN I CALLED TT AGAIN THEY SAID MAM THE CHALUPA IS A QUESADILLA AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS CORRECT. I LEFT IT ALONE AND DECIDED TO ORDER PIZZA AND SAID BECAUSE THE LADY AT TXTOGO SAID SHE WOULD ISSUE A REFUND AND IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. I CALLED TXTOGO TODAY ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT SEE IN THE NOTES THAT IMSUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN THE REFUND NOR ARE THEY GOING TO GIVE IT TO ME. THE LADY YELLED AT ME AND SAID I PROBABLY ATE IT AND NOW IM LYING BECAUSE I NEED MONEY AND THAT THEY ARE BLOCKING MY TXTOGO ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY ARE TIRED OF ME CALLING.SHE ALSO SAID WHY DID I WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY TO CALL I SAID B/C ITS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 2-3 DAYS TO HIT MY ACCOUNT TO DAY IS THE 3RD DAY AND ITS NOT HERE THAT WHY. MY ISSUE IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY BUT WHATEVER HAPPENED TO TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. I SPENT $21 ON SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT EAT, WAS LIED TO AND THEN YELLED AT AND BELITTLED. DO NOT ORDER HERE THEY ARE THEIVES. AND I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK. IVE ATTACHED PICS WHERE ON THEYRE WEBSITE IT SHOWS THE QUESADILLA APPETIZER AND A PIC OF THE FOOD I RECEIVED THE SECOND TIME. I DIDINT TAKE A PIC THE FIRST TIME I JUST THREW IT AWAY AND KEPT IT MOVING B/C I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA BE TAKEN CARE OF.

Easy to order, delivery took 1 hr after the original time. Although they did refund the delivery fee, we were not hungry 2 hrs later and received soggy Mexican food. Their customer service is good but the delivery time needs improvement. I will used a different service because of this.

They do their best to get to you quickly. The drivers have always been nice.
When my order was messed up, they quickly delivered the correct order and even sent a coupon.
They are always sending promo codes and deals, too.
Only have had pleasant experiences.

First time to try Texas a ToGo...absolutely loved it. There’s so many restaurants to choose from. It was simple, easy, and seriously quick! I ordered from Willies for a family of 4 with an appetizer and it took maybe 40 min max. Food was warm and delicious! Would definitely recommend! Plus driver was super sweet!

We ordered takeout from these guys and it was one of the best experiences. Nothing like being able to stay home and have your favorite restaurants food delivered right to your door. The food showed up hot and fast even before the estimated time it was supposed to be there. Our driver was Justin, he was very courteous and much recommended, a definite five star rating to these guys will definitely continue business!

I've used the service several times and they usually show up within 30 minutes, though they say 45 minutes. I've only had 2 orders that were delivered incorrect, but not so bad that I actually called to complain about it. Considering most of the orders I place are for 7 people, I'd say it's a fairly high success ratio. The people complaining about the prices seem to forget that the restaurants set the price, and Tall City adds their delivery fee to the order, and suggests a tip for the driver. You're paying for the convenience of having food delivered to your door instead of having to go get it yourself, the extra $5 or so is worth it in my opinion.

I've ordered a few times from Texas ToGo. Delivery has always been fairly prompt and the drivers have all been pleasant. Delivery fee is fair and I have so far not had any negative experiences with service. The app needs a little work but it's very easy to order off the website. Overall, I am very pleased to finally have something that delivers to my house!
