As soon as we pulled in we asked to stay two more days on top of our three. Although we had to move we couldn't have been happier as we went from the site right next to the park (very convenient for the kids) to the lower portion where the view was stunning. These sites are well maintained and the new wash house with laundry is clean and inviting.

The service was friendly and engaging while the store is well stocked. And if you need anything they don't have there is a gas station right next door that has a convenience store and a diner open for breakfast and lunch. We ate there on the last day and it was a great fill me up before hitting the road.

The location is amazing as it is outside Homer proper and opposite side of the spit which makes it feel a little more like camping although it's not too far to drive in.

Would recommend this KOA and definitely would return our next trip to the Peninsula!

We stay at KOA’s often and appreciate them. However Homer KOA exceeded expectations more than any other KOA in USA that we have been to. Check in went great and the woman warned us there could be road noice due to construction and if it bothered us she said we could move ourselves wherever we felt would be quieter. Even if the spot cost more . We stayed as it wasn’t that bad. The laundry and shower facilities were so very nice and clean. The views were gorgeous and even though they planned to turn off the water for the winter, they kept the water on for us. We highly recommend this campground!

This site is amazing. The service was great and helpful (offered to drive my firewood back for me). The bath house was spacious clean and felt new. There is a nice space to wait and play games while doing laundry. The view is just incredible. Convenient location, a decent amount of room to back an rv in. Fairly quiet for the amount of campers. Very well kept grounds. The bathrooms were cleaned quite often.

We were there for 3 nights in mid September, the end of their season. Super nice camp ground with a beautiful view. Being a KOA they cost a little more, but well worth the money. Each site has a nice level pad, electric, water, sewage, fire ring, patio with table, chairs & and gas grill. Very clean showers and laundry facilities. The showers had heated floors. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

On a four month road trip and Homer was a must visit for us. There are a number of RV Park options but in looking through the reviews, all were hit or miss except this KOA. So glad we decided to stay here. Check in was a breeze and when I asked if there was something with a better view, the young lady after some checking gave us site 40. This site is in a circle and the Park was being visited by a large caravan group whom had 30-40ft rigs. The circle sites could be challenging but fortunately, we were small and fit nicely between the larger rigs. Park is very clean, several bathroom buildings and a new laundry/shower building is now open. Nice dog run and if you have little ones, there is a small play ground. The store is well stocked with snacks and those last minute RV needs. Short drive into Homer. Strong wifi but lets talk views. Slept with our star gazing window open hoping to see the Northern Lights. Best place hands down to stay in Homer in an RV. The Park also owns the gas station next door.

My family, my husband, his brother and sister, father and mother were going camping Memorial Day Weekend and we had originally been set to do so on the Spit, but we ended up having to go to Baycrest KOA. They were more than accommodating and helpful when scheduling, and when I played phone tag with them repeatedly they were very patient and kind. We were able to get two sites right next to each other and have plenty of room for us and our dogs to run around. This campground sports a small fenced in area called their "dog park", which I thought was a nice touch. Would prefer if it was a bigger area but oh well. Right next to that there is a playground for the children to play on!
I loved the sites, the area was beautiful if not a bit chillier than down in town.
Again, we ended up bringing the wrong length of hose and they campground was kind enough to lend us one for the rest of our stay.

All in all the stay was clean, cheery and fun! Would recommend!
