I've been a customer for three years, and have been exceedingly happy with both the quality and service. My tank is right at 1000 gallons - not big enough for automatic delivery. Still, even though I'm a pretty good distance out of Fairbanks they've always delivered on time, when they said they would. The office staff and drivers have been great to deal with. Very, very happy with these guys.

Unreliable and unprofessional customer service. Have tried to get water delivered with multiple issues, multiple different times. Been out of water for days in the middle of winter thinking they were dependable and maybe just busy but there’s always an issue or mistake made and I’d have to call multiple times. Often times the person over the phone was rude. Had to find another company to take my business too since having water is so vital.

Great customer service!! Kaylee is a gem and I love interacting with her when I stop by or call!! Bob is an awesome delivery guy- he helped rescue my dip stick when I dropped it in the tank lol! Water tastes excellent and I love knowing I can pick up the phone and get great customer service anytime I need the folks at Water Wagon!

I've been a Water Wagon customer for 20 years, and the service has always been outstanding. The drivers are friendly and conscientious about dealing with occasionally problematic driveways or strange parking jobs, always make sure I get my water, and have made extra runs on the times I planned poorly and ran out. I tried hauling my own water for awhile to save money, but the reality is that the wear and tear on my vehicles and the time I spent ended up costing more than having it delivered. The office staff and answering service are prompt and helpful. Water Wagon is one of the few businesses whose customer service has not left me wishing for more.

I have been a customer of Water Wagon since 2008. Delivering water in a climate such as ours is no small feat. Water Wagon through sub zero temperatures manages to do so in a punctual and safe manner; made possible by a quality bunch of drivers, dispatchers, and managers. I appreciate their clean trucks, courteous drivers, and their attention to making sure they deliver a quality and safe product.

I utilize their auto-fill program, but have to thank them for the numerous times they have delivered to me in a pinch when I have exceeded my normal usage. Keep up the good work!

I have been a customer for over six years. Have had good service, usually, but, have found out over time, they promise delivery on a particular day, but If they can’t deliver! They have no respect for the customer to notIfy them of the delay. By the time you realize they are not going to deliver as scheduled it is too late to adjust! I understand stuff happens, but when a business tells you they will deliver on a certain time!!! They should go out of their way to do so, wether it’s overtime to complete their verbal contract or a Courteous phone call apologizing!
