Best fired pizza in Fairbanks! I've been to the other so called "wood fired" pizza places in town and House of Fire is the only one with a crispy crust on the bottom. The others are a soggy mess. If you like a crispy crust that has a nice crunch then this is the place to go.

Most authentic pizza in Fairbanks. Sadly, they don't have their best pizza anymore (RIP White Pie) but everything else is good.

I was clearly dining in, but my food was placed in a to go box. I had to ask for a plate and get my own napkins.
Salad was small, bland, and not worth the money. Less than half a glass of wine. Again, not worth it. Made me regret leaving a tip when I paid.
The only reason they're getting three stars and not two is because the person at the door was very friendly and helpful.

House of Fire Pizza was ANOTHER ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STAR experience that deserves my attention AND appreciation?❗️ The pizza we ordered delicious, prepared as you ordered, and served immediately from the oven. We had the “meat lovers”, Hawaiian, and MUSHROOM MADNESS with Garlic Knots as an appetizer…WOW, so delicious❗️ I had no idea we’d enjoy such amazing pizza sooooooooo far from home…what a GREAT find and highly recommend everyone try House of Fire when in Fairbanks, Alaska?❗️

I dined in late on a Saturday night by myself, around 8pm. It wasn't busy at all, with just a few tables of patrons and the rest of the restaurant clean.
I was greeted with friendliness and a suggestion to try a small 12" pizza since each pizza is custom and handmade, and they don't serve by the slice.
I decided on the Nonna's pizza, and it was very tasty. I had 5 of the 6 slices because I was stuffed (partially from the brisket burger at Lat65 a couple hours prior)!
I would definitely eat here again and try another pizza, but I would not mind the Nonna's pizza again.

A gem! Great pizza. A short list of wines, but good quality AND served at the correct temperature. Enthusiast, friendly staff. We arrived 10 minutes before closing so our food was prepared in a flash. The thin crust was as good as I've had anywhere. Ingredients were good quality and nicely proportioned. Hats off to House of Fire Pizza!

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We were excited to try a new pizza joint while visiting the area. We arrived at the house of fire east location and were told off the bat there would be a 30-40 minute wait. That’s cool.. we order a pepperoni and a personal with just pineapple and chicken TO-GO. Girl who seemed to be new took our order and put in smoked Hawaiian. Which would be fine, if my fiance could eat pork. However, for religious reasons, he can’t. We also ordered drinks, garlic knots, and ranch. When paying, the guy read out our order and mentioned the smoked Hawaiian, which my fiance explained he can’t eat pork and to make sure it didn’t come with it, in which the guy told the people making the pizzas and assured it would be taken care of.

We then waited 20 minutes for a coke and water and proceeded to wait an additional 40 minutes for the pizzas where we saw pork was included. We also didn’t receive our ranch and had to remind them (we paid for it) and they were like so what would you like for us to do, while if we had extra time, I guess we would have waited an addition hour for them to make 1 pizza. However, we opted for a refund for the 1 pizza. We then asked where our garlic knots were and they said they were going to start on it now…… we waited over an hour. Everyone else in the establishment received their pizzas and were on their merry way. The operation seemed sporadic and little organization to orders. Definitely would NOT recommend this location.

Helped me order a pizza for one, thin crust nice and crust from the flame fired oven. Has a nice char on the bottom with some crispness to the veggies. The service was nice and quick. Nice pie.
