Go in the door to the right of the front main door marked shipping & receiving. 20 feet hang a left. Office for S & R will be 15-20 feet on the left pass the stairs.

This place is the type of warehouse that has ruined the logistics industry!!! Terrible service. Super long wait times. Don't show up early as they will tell you that you are and you will wait till then even though multiple docks have been open all day!!!! Checked in super early 6:45am for 3:30 appt...was told they would work me in when dock available...8-10 docks available all day...then had to remind them I was still here...now 4:45 still waiting!!! Shame on this company!!!

Avoid picking up at the location whenever possible. They do not honor pickup times. Will load other trucks before yours, even after you have been docked. I have been waiting in the dock to be loaded for 3 hours. Meanwhile, trucks that came later than I have come and gone. They do not respect driver’s time.

Any positive review on this location must be fake. There is no way they have employees’ names when everything is done by text message.

Got here at 7:15 to unload. Still waiting it's currently 12:03. They haven't unloaded anyone, they are only loading containers. So, I'm going to miss my next pickup which has a 2:30 deadline. Totally inefficient facility. This will be my first and last time here. If you've had a better experience, consider yourself lucky.

I arrived at my appointment time, the text sent was responded too promptly and assigned a dock quickly ..... That's as efficient as it got!!!!
I sat for a full 24 hrs waiting for that time and even reached out the day before for an earlier time so I could get home for the birth of a grandchild .... But these jerks can't honour an appointment.

This place is the worst1st off there's no "in person" check in, you have to submit all of your info via text. Waited 7 hrs to get loaded, and they still come out to the truck asking for my pickup info. The guys loading me are driving off and onto my trailer at full speed, and I'm worried about damage to my equipment. This place is horrible.

I recently had a bad experience with Keyport Warehouse. It is an extremely slow place. Despite having 11 am pickup appointment, now it's 5 pm they closed the company without giving me an explanation why I'm being left without a load. Communication was only through text messages, which made it difficult to address any concerns promptly. Overall, I would not recommend this place again due to the inefficiency and lack of professionalism. Drivers, If you respect your time, don't ever come here to pick up a load. My bad that haven't listened to other complaints.
