I can’t imagine you could make it better. The lady that checked me in was sweet, helpful, efficient and knew exactly what she was doing. The young man who was there when we returned the equipment was just as terrific. They both made things so easy for us and we could not have had a better experience.

they deleted my husbands one star review so im replacing it. i wouldnt recommend them to anyone at all. over charges DOUBLE charges, rude as hell..they can kick rocks. steadily trying to debit my card for hundreds of dollars 2 weeks later. these people are SCAMMERS. avoid! block the merchant thru your bank!

The vehicle I rented needed a front wheel alignment bad. I had to really concentrate hard just to keep truck on the road. I returned truck where fuel gage was when picked up. I was told I returned vehicle with 5/16 and they showed it should have been 7/16. The customer have know way of distinguishing 5/16 to 7/16 of gas. Fuel gage doesn’t show this. The truck I rented showed it being close to a half of a tank. I returned the truck at what appeared to be the same mark. Only to be told it was not enough. That is bad business in my book!

The employees I dealt with were both personable and friendly. The equipment was not well-maintained. One of the straps on the car-hauler trailer was frayed and unusable. The trailer I was given was too short for my truck, creating an unsafe haul. One of the tires was at 20lbs of pressure, when it needed to be up around 50psi, so I had to fill that myself. I wasn't able to rent one-way, so I had to drive 85 miles back to Prattville (at 79 cents per mile) the next day. The truck I rented to pull the trailer had mechanical issues causing noise, so it was difficult to listen for issues with the towed load, because the truck itself was constantly growling.

Overall, I got the job done, but it was not a pleasant towing experience.

This Location is wonderful. It's worth the drive from Montgomery for better service in my opinion. I have never had a bad experience at this Uhaul in over 4 years of Dealing with them. Miss Dee, the manager, has an awesome team!

Steven provided excellent customer service and made the entire process seamless. He hooked up the trailer, made sure everything was ok and also loaned us (for free) some wiring that we didn’t have. I would definitely go there again and recommend Steven.

DeUndria Boggs was an absolute pleasure to work with - she was friendly (even at 7 AM) and she was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was so impressed with her along with the store itself. Everything about this experience was a 10/10 and I am grateful for the professionalism displayed!
