Just because a lein is placed does not give anyone the right to take things out of a storage shed until the appropriate legal time has passed. Whomever did this is guilty of theft. Then to leave it not only unlocked after being caught up, without letting it be known that it was vulnerable, but to also leave it partially open is beyond ridiculous. So many legal, moral and ethical issues here.
