Shipped two tomato plants for an early start out there. Delivered the next day exactly in the same condition as they were when I dropped them off. Very nice workers on the front desk. Professional and listen to what you say . I will use them again and send other people that are sending stuff out as well

Slight wait time during peak hours. Sometimes it seems to be understaffed at the front counter. Overall not too bad. Longest waits are during PFD season & holidays. Longest wait I personally experienced was 30 minutes(8 people ahead of me).

The only reason I even gave these guys one star is because you have to in order to write a review. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They never answer their phones because they claim to be busy. However, when you go in, it seems like that's all they do is answer the phones and ignore the customers in their lobby. They are in the customer service industry, yet they couldn't care less about the attitude they have, much less giving proper service to their customers. NEVER GO THERE IF YOU EVER WANT ANYTHING DONE!!!

I use ravn air often unfortunately I dread going there everyday, they are not organized, Everytime I go to drop my frieght off I sit in the lobby for at least 30 minutes because they only have 1 person working the desk. They need to figure out a more efficient way to take frieght.

I have not used their cargo service in years as the last time it was a bad experience. I just used them last week for a hot shipment of around 18 pounds in a small box. It sat in Anchorage most of Saturday and all for Sunday. Cargo folks had no way bill number for me. No estimated arrival. No way to leave a message with aAnchorage office. Kenai office didn’t have a clue since Anchorage didn’t assign it a waybill number. This was items very critical needed for work. They were goldstreaked from Spokane to Kenai.

This is the same poor service I got years ago. I would give them -5 for being consistently the worst cargo service if I could.

Pretty typical Ravn service. They act like they're going out of their way to ship a package for you and even though they have flights every hour it takes them about 4-6 hours to get it on a plane. But it's cheap and I dont believe they've ever lost anything of mine

So much easier to ship through than any other carrier in town. We use them for our business account, their shipping prices and insurance prices a very reasonable!
