We did NOT have a good experience with Mammoth Vacation Rentals. I am sure they represent some good properties, but I urge everyone to take a close look at how these properties are depicted.

In our case, the property was misrepresented by Mammoth Vacation Rentals as higher quality than it really was. When we arrived, it became disappointingly obvious how different the pictures and descriptions were than reality.

• The unit is musty and very run down. The pictures presented do not accurately depict the units quality.
• Various basic items like toilet seats are in disrepair.
• The back deck is a disgrace with broken down furniture.

Now, we can appreciate that some owners are not proactive in maintaining or renovating their units, and that the rental agency has no control over this, but a rental agency should not present units as stellar units when they are not.

Everyone should do your due diligence when considering doing business with Mammoth Vacation Rentals.
