This company has been outstanding. I’m shipping a new car from Seattle to Anchorage and was unsure of how the process worked. They answered all my questions, even after calling them multiple times. They’re friendly and informative. They did not inundate me with multiple calls, texts and emails as the other shipping companies/brokers did which I found very off-putting! Although they weren’t the cheapest quote, I felt they were a better choice. I’ll update this review once I see how my vehicle arrives in ANC! So far a great experience.

Took great care of us and our Chevy Equinox.
Had it shipped from Alaska to Seattle.
The cab driver dropped me off at the wrong yard and one of the employees used her personal car to drive me to the correct one which was not walking distance.
They placed paper mats on the floorboard and plastic on the driver's seat to keep it clean.

I have shipped my semi truck and a regular vehicle from anchorage to Seattle. The truck is driven of a flatbed floor and chained down! It can be an inoperable but you will be charged. Then a big fork lift lifts it and places it on the ship. I shipped a regular car and they put that in a twenty foot shipped container so if you have broken window etc it will stay dry. They keep it in the container until you show up I think. Their price is competitive with all the other shipping services. You got 5 days to pickup your vehicle once they call you. You will have storage after that including weekends.

I am super happy with this company. Both with their treatment of me the customer and my car. Only dings and scratches on the car were there, sadly, before it ever got on their barge.

Great group of people and if I ever have something needing shipping from the lower 48 Im heading to them. Price, when I compared it to other options, was not only fair but reasonable.
