I brought my 2023 Sentra for its second service and for an issue with the battery. I explained to an advisor how the car would not start and I had to jump start it 3 times. I took the car to a local auto zone to test the battery, I was told it was fully charged. The car is new and so is the battery so I was very confused and concerned as to why I was having this issue. All this was explained to the advisor.

Once the car was serviced and battery was inspected, the advisor told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the battery, when questioned them further as to why I had to jump start the car, I was told by the advisor that it is a known issue by Nissan and that they are seeing a lot more customers experiencing the same issue on cars like mine, new models fully equipped, essentially the reason why it is draining the battery, the advisor proceeded to suggest the only solution was to make sure we jump start the battery prior to each use and to go to Walmart to purchase a portable jump start charger that shouldn't cost more than $40.

I don't understand how this made any sense in the advisors mind. I purchased a brand new car to avoid having issues and I was told that because the car is equipped with a lot of features, I have to deal with it. The inconvenience.

I tried to explain my concerns with their theory hoping for a better resolution but all I got was a sarcastic comment by advisor implying it was my fault for not doing my research before deciding on purchasing this type of car.

I know the advisor made up the excuse for whatever reason rather than helping but one thing is for sure, never doing business with this location or purchasing any Nissan moving forward.

Lee was professional and courteous. The dealership is clean and friendly. Unfortunately, they were not able to help me with my issue. This is the second Nissan dealership I have gone to with the same issue and they keep telling me it's operable. Yes I know my vehicle is operable but a feature is not working correctly and they are not finding a way to fix it. And don't bother calling consumer affairs because they are part of Nissan and they will deny any claim.

Tyler my service rep was so helpful from the beginning. He kept me up to date on everything and the service tech found my issue right away, checked all my fluids to make sure I was running great. They got me in and out, provided a ride from my home to their location promptly like I was told. The experience was so wonderful. Future Nissan you rock. Thank you Tyler.

I was very happy with Tyler because he went above and beyond helping me with the work I needed done to my car. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable. A very good listener and saved me quite a bit of money because of my extended warranty, which was running out around 36 days whitch I did know. I have bought two Nissans from you so far and have been very happy doing business with Nissan and its staff. Be sure and hold on to Tyler because he is a credit to the company. I’ve had truly excellent experiences with the team at Future Nissan. Lee is super friendly and has gone above and beyond to communicate options and answer questions thoroughly. He always offers money saving alternatives when available. Service is fast, seamless and usually ends up costing less than expected.

Nicole is fantastic to work with as usual! The guys in the shop are knowledgeable and fair. Even with challenges like power outages and equipment not working how it’s supposed to once the power came on I was taken care of.
