Always helpful when shopping. Always helpful when pricing out items. Always great with adjustments. I’ve never been disappointed by their office staff and the professionalism they offer. These are the sunglasses I got and LOVE THEM.

Best optometrist, best opticians, best optical lab products in the Sacramento area!
The optometrist, Dr. Rebecca Bui Van, is the best optometrist I have ever run into. I have seen many optometrists over the years, and Rebecca is the friendliest, most knowledegable, most caring one that I have ever worked with. She has been able to handle many different issues for me with great solutions that often keep my corrected vision almost better than 20/20.
The two opticians that I usually work with are Ashley and Trisha. They are very friendly and very caring while being the most capable opticians that I have worked with. They use Zeiss as their optical lab, yes the same Zeiss named on many high end optical products such as camera lenses. With a superior optometrist, superior opticians, and using a great lab, they are able to fit prescriptions or lens sizes that other major chains cannot. The store environment is well appointed and comfortable.

Their teamwork and dedication to customer service were evident.

I am thrilled with my new glasses – they are perfect in every way. The immense patience and care Holly showed, especially given my particular needs, were beyond commendable. Both Holly and Trish at Sight for Sore Eyes have my deepest gratitude for their exceptional service. They truly understand the importance of making customers feel welcome and valued.

I had stopped by Site for Sore Eyes on a whim thinking they could possibly help me with a screw that fell off my Raybans. Ashley greeted me pleasantly and had the answer! She had the screw I needed and fixed them on the spot in minutes! On top of her very personable friendly personality, she also went above and beyond and cleaned my lenses and didn't even charge me! WOW! I’ve never had such a good experience at an eye doctor! My first time here and I’m super impressed! Excellent customer service, kind and gentle demeanor that was SO comforting because I HATE eye checks lol! The girls at the front desk helped me pick out eye glasses that are too cute! I had a really great, educational experience with Dr. Rebecca Bui Van! She took the time to really educate me on what a stigmatism is and gave me comfort that it doesn't imply something is wrong with my eyes or degenerative to worry about. In the past I have felt rushed in and out of appointments with handfuls of other eye doctors, but Dr. Rebecca was patient and thorough. The place was also clean, calm and professional.
